About Evergreen Home Inspections

Phil McGuinness began Evergreen Home Inspections after 25 years in the construction industry. While living in Florida he was a Leadman for the Royal Roofing Company working several years in Homestead, Florida after Hurricane Andrew helping to rebuild the city. He and his wife moved to Oregon 15 years ago where he took a position as supervisor at a large construction company. Phil's experience gives him and his team a unique and informed approach as home inspectors. When not working, Phil and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

Prior to joining Evergreen Home Inspections, Jason Lewis was a Civil Affairs Officer in the United States Army. Over a ten year period he deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa in support of nation building efforts. He coordinated, resourced and managed numerous projects to include: building construction, electrical and sewer systems and road development. Jason and his wife Elizabeth have five children and are glad to live in the great state of Oregon.
